I don't know how old you are, but if you're really young, it's not uncommon for young boys to irritate the inner lining of the penis if they have been masturbating on a regular basis. I did that when I was in my pre-teen years and it scared me. I had difficulty peeing and something else was coming out of my penis. Don't remember exactly what it was, but I do remember that aggressively masturbating was part of the problem.

Suggestion: Lay off masturbation for at least a few days and see what happens.

You didn't mention how old you are but you don't want your family to know. I can only assume that you are young and living at home with your parents. As a parent who raised 3 sons, I would hope that any one of them would not hesitate to confide in me if they needed help. Trust me, your parents both went through puberty and this is not something that would shock or hurt them. I love my sons and would do anything in my power to help. I'm sure your parents would do the same. Don't be afraid to talk to them. You need to get medical help.
If you are injuring yourself by rough masturbation, you could cause scar tissue which may result in lifelong problems such as peyronie's disease, not to mention nerve damage. Don't wait any longer.

I also think it's time to see a doctor. You don't want to take the chance that this could be something serious.

If you are concerned about your parents reaction, then don't tell them about the masturbating, just tell them that there is blood coming out of your penis and you don't know why.

The doctor is legally bound not to divulge any info you give him. Tell the doctor what is going on, better safe than sorry.

Really, go see your doctor, it could be nothing, but you need to find out.

Tell your doctor the truth, that you have been masturbating and that there is blood coming from your penis.

Like I said before, he cannot tell anyone what you've told him.

It's always best to be honest, then he'll know what to look for.

Talk to your dad (if he is around?) it may be easier that way. You could tell him you have been peeing blood so they take you to the doctor. But make sure you tell the doc the truth.

Just say you are peeing blood or something, but make sure you are totally honest with the doctor otherwise you won't get the right diagnosis.

As for never masterbating again, well, that's your choice. There's nothing wrong with masterbating, you just have to be gentle and know when to stop and when you're doing it too much.
