blahu : consider the effect of the amount of solar radiation received "spot on" and that on different altitudes on earth or anywhere in the atmosphere.

Use a spot light and radiate light on a round subject from different angles.
Note the different patterns you see caused by light from different angles.
Than consider that these light patterns you see are also radiation (from the spot light) , and that any of these different patterns contain the same total amount of radiation. Than draw your own conclusions on the effect of the radiation per any square mm anywhere. Is that the same or not? And if so or not so , why ?

Note : I help you with homework. I do not do your homework...
