Can anyone tell me if the state of Florida has this Automatic Temporary Restraining Orders (ATRO) and If so, how do I find out if it has gone into effect or how do I enforce it?
My ex ran to NC after being summon to court. Please help me! I miss my son and I have to see his face again! :(

Our ARTO's are printed on the back of the summons. If FL has these same sorts of orders they would likely be printed somewhere on the summons as well. So look it over. Otherwise perhaps a call to a FL family law attorney would be a way to find out. You might get a free quick answer over the phone.
