First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
Second, please explain what you mean by lic. facility? That may be a term you are familiar with but we need to understand what it is.
However, if you are renting a residential property and that property is being foreclosed on, you don't have much in the way of rights. Once the foreclosure is finalized, your lease is voided so you have to move.
Who sent this foreclosure paper to you? Is there a date on when the house will be auctioned or the foreclosure finalized? Has this been done already? Is this the first notice you received?
If the foreclosure is final and the new owner is giving you 2 weeks, you can either ask them for more time, offering to pay them rent until you can find a new place. If they refuse you can just wait until the deadline has passed and they will have to file for an eviction order. You can then go to the hearing and explain to the judge that you need more time and you will probably be granted more time.
