Hi I have recently being to court with my ex boyfriend about our children and the judge said he can take the youngest baby on over nights when he is old enough... how old does my baby have to be before he can go on an overnight he is 7 months now

It depends on the state. Some states have strickter visitation until the child reaches one year of age at which point overnights would be granted. In other states that don't have the strickter infant laws it can be younger than that.

General rule of thumb is 1 year old. But then again it mostly depends on your court system.
