Let's see if I have this clear. You have a two knob tub and shower valve with the diverter on the spout. Correct? Hot water works when diverted to the shower head but when it comes out the spout it quits dead after a minute of use. Have I got it right? If not click back and tell me where I'm wrong. Regards, Tom

Ok! Now that I understand your problem I'll need more details before I can answer.
What brand is your faucet. How old is it. I need this information so I can pull up a diagram on it. Thanks, tom

You're asking for my help after you just laid a unfavorable comment,(reddie) on me?
You have a odd way of asking for help. Perhaps one of the other experts can make you happy. I don't seem to be doing a very good job of it. T.
