Borders Rewards membership is those with a Borders card ?

Frankly I'm not sure how it works... but I do know that I'm not paying for any discounts at Borders... so I believe the coupon should be good for anyone.

(you might need to sign up for the Rewards program, which is not more than a fob for your keychain to log what you buy).

They DO have some sort of rewards program where you pay in advance for x% discounts but I am not a part of that...

I don't have an account at Borders.com but if it works like if does at Dell.com you would enter that promo code at the online checkout to get your discount. Not sure how it would work at bricks and mortar store but I assume a good printout would do the trick.
