    Chile to spicy
Is there something that you can add to chile to tame it down if you have made it too spicy hot?

Nope. You're kind of stuck with all that too hot chili.

Add some sour cream to tone it down a bit when you go to eat it

Yes I agree with sour cream but only right before its served. Or you could try adding water and potatoeflakes to make your portion bigger make sure to bring to a boil. The water will mellow out all the flavors. The potatoeflakes will thcken it back up. And boiling will get rid of the potato taste. Then reseason to taste with all the stuff but the spicy stuff.
