I am a felon for 2nd degree identify theft can I travel to the Philippines I went to jail paid fines and not on probation can I go to Philippines . If I can dose anyone know what country's won't let felons in or travel there Or a place to find that info thanks Scotty :)

There isn't a list of countries where you can't travel, cause they change all the time. I'd just go. I doubt they'll turn you away. I don't even think they'll have access to your records.

But, if you ask in advance, they'll have every opportunity to say no, and if I was them, I would. Look, they're not looking out for YOU. They're looking out for their country, and there's no upside in giving you permission to enter. For THAT reason, I'm sure they'll deny you.
