How to hook up a washer in the basment?

I moved this to Plumbing where I think you'll have more responses.

In short, you'll need to "tap into" your cold and hot water lines and run them to where your washer will be for the hookups. And you'll also need to have an electric outlet (preferably for ONLY the washer) at the same spot.

Are you asking how to install a washer station off a stack?(see image).or how to hook up a washer next to a slop sink? Regards, Tom
