I have indulged myself in sex since my starting teen and by 18 I'm now very weak physically and even in nights I have sperm falls which add more anexities what shoul I do

Well, you are now l8 and you have been (over) indulging in sexual activity since your early teens. That is not a very big time frame in the great scheme of things. Are you saying you have a serious sexual problem? Were you using protection?

My thought would be that you having physical difficulties because you now have a serious STD in your system and this is way you are feeling the way you do.

I think, Aaaash, you should make a doctor's appt for a complete physical and go from there and please be completely honest with your doctor when he is asking questions, else he can't effectlvely diagnose you.
