I've had this "pimple" on my private.. not inside but on my mons pubis... sometimes it gets really big and swollen and when I press on it I get pus out of it and it smells really bad... I have told my doctor about about it and he says its folliculitis.. im not sure if it's that or if folliculitis has to smell bad. I also noticed small scars.. like cigartte burns or something like it... I got checked for every std and came out perfectly I have no idea what going on... ooohh and I've had this pimple for the longest time... its been years now...

Your doctor is probably right. If I were you, I would have your doctor check it for staph infections, specifically MRSA, just to be on the safe side.
In the meantime get some baking soda and make a paste out of it, and make a sort of poultice out of it, using a hot rag to help take down the swelling.
Also, make sure it stays clean.

Check out Hidradenitis suppurativa - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Then try some tea tree oil. It's available in health food stores. Use a qtip to dab on a drop on the "pimple" once or twice a day. If you find that it's too strong then you can dip the qtip in water first to dilute the tea tree oil.
