Well its been like 2 weeks and on the head of my penis there is something that almost looks like ringworm but is not and it gets dried out I scratched it off and its like I tore skin off wondering what it could be and if I have anything to be worried about

Best not pick at it and get yourself to a doctor for a good diagnosis to get it taken care of. Nothing can be done until a doctor actually sees what you are describing.
