    Australian Immigration
I was hoping that someone could clear a small point up regarding sponsorship for me and my partner. My partner was sponsoring her ex partner and the paperwork did go into immigration however the sponsorship was pulled as the relationship ended before they ever went for an interview, this happened around a year ago. Does this still count as sponsoring someone an therefore means my partner cannot sponsor me to stay in australia.
Any information or advice would be great.

In some countries, there is a limit for sponsoring alien spouse, for example, US citizen can sponsor alien spouse only twice. For accuracy, check with local immigration attorney.
