    Being Evicted by Landlord
I went to court on 10/24/2008 for an unlawful detainer. The judge ruled in favor of the landlord and gave me ten days. Is it 10 days from the court date or is it 10 days from 10/25/2008? And what happens on the 10th day and we have not moved out yet?

10 days from the date the judge made the ruling. If you're not out on that date, you can be forcefully removed by law enforcement.

Yes, 10 days from the court date.

On the 10th day the court sends over a officer and the landlord moves out all of your belongings to the sidewalk,
As soon as it is moved out, the court officer leaves and anyone walking by will just take what they want.
