Have heatpump gas backup when aux heat comes on it doesn't drop out the heatpump. It stays running but I'm getting 24volts from tstat?

Make sure you check your installer settings. If it worked before it should be working now. If it is a new install you could have other problems

Set to 2 heat and 1 cool in settings
