Continuous spotting for 3 months without periods.am I ovulating?
I got my periods on 28th July,08.from 23rd of August I have been spotting continuously daily.I can see that when I wipe after my pee every time. I am trying to conceive. But unable to track my ovulation time. Am I ovulating at least with this spotting? My Dr says everything is normal and has given iron syrup and b6+folic acid tablets to regularize my periods. But it is not helping me. Help me in tracking my ovulation…

Did you have any sort of exam (an ultrasound or blood work to check hormone levels for example) to try to determine why you might be spotting daily since August? If not, that would be something to ask your doctor about. You may or may not be ovulating, only way to know for sure would be with blood testing. You can try other methods that will let you know that your body might be preparing to ovulate... change in cervical mucus, using an ovulation predictor kit, temping/charting, etc..

You could try the ovulation predictor kits... work for some women, not for others. Or temping and charting may give you an indication... takes a few months to see a pattern. How long have you been trying what your doctor suggested? As with most things that are sometimes recommended to try and restore cycles, birth control pills, Provera, vitex, etc. you might need a few months to see results.

My periods have always been irregular or none at all. I was put on birth control at 17 for hormonal acne. It did regulate my periods but after I stopped the birth control pills I did not have any period. I went back on the pills and off again with the same results. I am 25 now and my husband and I would like to have children but I have no periods. I have been off the pill for over a year and can not seem to become pregnant. I took the chaste berry (Vitex) and it started my bleeding but never stopped so I stopped the Vitex and I then had a continual brown spotting which has not ended for months now. It's just a very slight amount but very continual. I again tried Vitex and within two days I see the brown spotting becoming red and heavier but I'm afraid the bleeding will just go on and on as before. Anyway I don't know if this will help me to ovulate or regulate my periods. I'm thinking of just doing the Vitex twice a week. Is there any reason that you know of for this problem and what would be good to try?

I am the same I have almost one month that I been spotting since my last period ended on June 28 and since then I haven't stop spotting.. I'm really worry because I went to the doctor for a check up and I ended up having vaginosis, so my doctor gave me a medication to take for seven days and the spotting doesn't stop. So I made another appointment on July 27 because the continuously spotting really worries me.
