    Where is pilot located on goodman unit to light
    Turned thermostat on but when you switch to heat cool air comes out and when switched to auto you only hear humming sound and then nothing comes on

    Model of furnace please,, and maybe the age, could be it doesn`t have a pilot,maybe a electronic igniter

    Inside the unit very close to the main burners! But wmproop is right - it may be an electric ignitor - still located very close to the main burners. In which case it could be your ignitor or your thermocouple.
