My girlfriend want to stay in USA !
My girlfriend went to USA few weeks ago through her college to finishing her course as she learning hairdressing ,but I don't know if that possible or not that collage send people to different country? The reason I don't know if is true or not because we not living together now for 5 month as she went back to her country to learning hairdressing for six month .she live with her parents in her country in lithuania and I am living in england . So now she saying that she will stay for ever never back even to her country ! Do you think she can stay and how long she be able to stay there by visa ? I don't know if she need visa to USA or not ! Also if the visa run out she can stay longer or not ? Do you think she will back or she will stay ? Also she said on her last email that to many people asked her to stay and she will stay ! Do you think she be able stay ?

"...many people asked her to stay and she will stay...." means someone asked her to marry him and she definitely will.

Sorry to hurt your feeling but there is not many options for aliens to stay in US permanently... even a student needs a visa!

Most non-immigrant visas require applications submitted to US consulate in their home countries, so in this case I would assume that she decided to stay with an expired visa OR someone offered her a path to permanent resident. I've worked in this area long enough to see this similar situations occurred again and again. Long distance relationship does not always end up the way you expected... you should know better than anyone if she is acting differently or not... good luck.
