I was wondering how I can get emanstapated in MN I'm 17 years old ill be 18 in jan I have a job I know how to take care of myself I'm a senior in high school

In most states it takes a few months for this to be done, and since you will be 18 in January, I'd just wait.

First, if you want something it would help to learn how to spell it. But if you are turning 18 in a few months, then just wait.

To get emancipated, you have to prove you can live on your own. You need a job, a place to live and be able to show you can fend for yourself. By the time you can get the courts to approve it, you will be 18 and won't need it.

You're going to be 18 soon enough... you don't need to get emancipated in my opinion. Just wait 2 more months and you'll be on your own. Most people that do get emancipated, tend to get emancipated around 16 anyway...
