OK this is what happened on Sunday I was in a shoe store buying sum shoes an sum lady wallet fell next 2my purse an instead of telling her I decided 2go a few stored down an buy a G1 phone the new tmobile phone an I charged it with her card then a whole day went by and I just felt like I got away with it until a loud bang at my front door at 8oclock at night they arrested me an charged me with grand larceny because the phone was $515.00 an they finger printed me took my pictures than released me wif a paper saying I have 2go 2court on the 25th of November... what should I do? This is also my first arrest an I turned 18...

I was involved with a credit card being used that was not mines an got arrested an realesed from the precient Like what should I expect from court on the 25th an what else should I need 2no or do?? An this is my 1st tyme as an adult being charged

The first thing that you do, is you get an attorney to represent you.

Another thing that you might want to also consider doing is getting some counseling from someone who can help you to understand why you did what you did and to help show you how to manage your thinking better in the future.

If you do take proactive steps with trying to be better and show that you are trying to be a better person, even before your court date, that is something that will look a lot better for you when you go before a judge.
