I have windows Xp V.2096 with buit winodws intsall service pack 2

PROBLEM IS I want to not play some game so reson directx 9.0c not support on winodws xp service pack 2

So please give me instruction how to remove service pack 2 on my xp OS.

If you upgraded XP from previous versions of windows then just go to Add/Remove programs from control panel and then click on Windows XP and click Remove. Otherwise, you have to reinstall Windows XP

Xp does support 9.0c - what game are you trying to play?

Go to this site and download and install the latest directx update

Yeah I agree with Seahawk. If I rememer rightly, DX9c ONLY installs on XP SP2. Ensure you have SP2 installed, that your OS is legit, and then install DX from his link.
