That would depend on exactly what you mean by "sitting service". If you were to have a business whereby you are meaning to be able to legally hand out prescribed medications or perform other health-related services to customers, then there might be some laws around where you want to operate that would govern you operating that as a business of some kind.

It would be helpful to know specifically what you mean.
