Right to proof of claims prior to court date?
(Wisconsin) currently ordered 50/50 placement based on parents scheduals through-out the month. Just received papers stating mother is requesting full placement and support based on allegation that I do not take the children 50 percent of the month, I disagree but never written the dates I have them down. We have always had very open and good relations in the children.. till this request. Papers state actual days per month she says I had them. ( I would take full placement if I could, and have triede to be very good to compromise with her to avoid this mess.)

Do I have the right to view or request these dates from her prior to court date?

Does the judge take into consideration dates she has denied my request for the children.

Does the judge consider the fact she has never stated any concern to me prior, or requested me to take them more often, but rather denied my request?

Any one know how to request the information she is basing her claims on for the motion. Do I contact her, or the courts, or is there paperwork I must fill out?

You need to file a motion for discovery with the court.
