Can you leave above ground pool empty, and not covered for the winter?
Not if you still want to see it standing next spring.
You would be best to leave the pool full and cover. If you drain an above ground pool, in the summer or winter, the liner will shrink and rip when you go to fill it up again. If you do not want to leave it full over the winter, then take the pool apart and store away.
