Will it started like this my ex took my kids from me and ask me to singe papers. I had to move away from him.and I tried to get my life back together and I have and now its time for me to get my boys back and I need help.

You are going to have to go to court where your children resides. Get a lawyer that specialize in family law. Exactly how long ago did you move away from your kids and what papers did you sign?

You are going to have to get an attorney, and they will have to be where the kids are at.

You need to find out "what type of papers you signed" were they official court papers, were they filed with the court.

Now mothers and fathers both have equal rights, so unless there is a real problem with him raising the kids, you may only get joint if you lived nearby, and living far away you may only get visits unless you can prove a reason he should not be

4years and I have not siged any papers. Because they wanted all my rights taking away from me and I was not going to do that.but I did sige joint coudy and restaing order.

I get to talk to them on the phone but he is telling them what to say to me.and I thank he is holding them from me.
