What constitutes landlord breaking lease in Ne
I signed a 1 yr. lease on an apartment in July of 08, my landlord now that I can't have a grill. My lease says I can, does that mean they broke the lease? They are not offering new leases to the tenants already here.

Does the lease specifically say you can? I would be surprised that a lease deals with that issue.

But, if your leases says you can, they can't block it. When your leas expires, however, they can refuse to renew if you don't sign a new lease prohibitng it.
