    Steel Behind my brick?
I'm trying to run Sat cable and speaker wires into my house. Drill through brick no problem, then I hit something like steel, it's not magnetic, I'm burning up all my drill bit's.I thought may a stud or something, I tried another hole approx 6" over and same thing.Oh yeah I'm drilling about 5 courses of brick up

    Home repair
Guess nobody has heard of this one??

You are going to have to look behind the brick, maybe you can carefully take out one brick and see what's there.

    Good luck Roger

    KISS

Cast iron from a waste stack would be very difficult to try to drill through.
