I have this problem i like this guy alot he used to party with my brother but my brother won't hook me up with him what would i say to him to break the ice because he doesn't know me?:confused:

A simply "hi" and introduction is more than enough. If the conversation stalls a little bit then mention the fact that he knows your brother and just talk to him. If he's on the ball then he'll realize that you like him and that will take care of the rest.
