    The law looks to me!
I'm on probation for 2nd degree burglary.. it was more a family matter, because the victem is my father... the question is, is he able to drop the charges after the judge sentenced me to 4 years probation paying 600 dollars a month... he relizes that it is too much for anyone to pay that much and pay bills... so is he able to drop the charges legelly with out the judge saying differently

    Hello TV:

Sorry. Once your father made a complaint, it wasn't up to him any longer, and it still isn't. You don't have "charges" any more. You have a "conviction".

Well I am not even sorry,

But no, after he called the police he can no longer drop anything, that is up to the DA, and after the conviction, no one can drop it at all.

    This is your sentence

I would ask about 600 dollars a month, is that to pay your father back?

How much did you steal ?

Once your dad made the complaint and you were arrested and the Judge sentenced you, it's too late. Once the police come in and charge you and the DA picks it up, it's too late also.
