When a will should be read?
My grandparents are now deceased, I am wanting to know how to get their will read and if there is a time limit on getting it read? I want to know anything that anyone can tell me when it comes to will laws. My cousin, which is an attorney is the exector over my grandparents will. I am really confused and need some answers

It really is not "read" if there is a will the exector over it will supplies copies as requested, pay the bills, and divide the property

Do you know if you are a beneficiary of the will? If so you can require the executor to probate the will (there doesn't have to be a formal "reading")and provide copiues to the benefiricaries.
