The water pressure in the kitchen faucet is very low (both hot & cold & sprayer). Already checked and cleaned the strainer. Also there is a small leak at the faucet base and a drip under the sink when running the water.

It would help if you can answer John's question. You likely have two issue, the most problemsome is a clogged mixing cartridge or valve.
