I have a Carrier Furnace that starts fine but when it goes to shut off it comes back on in less than a second... it does this several times before it shuts down totally. Any ideas what this might be?

Clean the flame sensor first to see if that clears up the problem. Do a search on this site. There is much info on cleaning the sensor.
