    Inconsistent hot water in Shower
How can I make hot water in shower hotter? Also it will sometimes not even disperse any hot water?

No we are renting and was installed before move in. Looking at diagram looks like the correct one though? Is this something I can take apart and control temperature of?

If you are renting you must check with the owner or manager regarding any plumbing repair. First off they probably don't want you messing with their unit and secondly they are responsible for the repairs. Call the owner or manager.
