    Printing Problem with Xerox Xk35c.
    I have a Xerox Xk35c version of color printer connected on the USB port. And it does not print!

    An error comes up as:
    "Another application is using the port. Try it again"

    Basically the printer fails to make initial connection for the task. I have tried to re-install the driver from Xerox and reboot printer/computer and it still gives me the same error. The scanner still works though. So all I know is that the machine is not fully dead but may b someone can put some light on this one here..

    Is this on a PC or Mac? Is that the exact error?

    Yes. Exact error. It is a PC running on win. 2000..
