I want to know how I go about seeking help for a forty five year old female friend being mentally and physically abused by her court appointed female caretaker.
The abuse she has been subjected to in the past has left her mentally and physically helpless. She lives in California.
Example: She was visited by a friend yesterday when the caretaker was away and her condition was terrifing. She was lying in a bedroom with such filth it was nauseating.
She was naked except for a diaper with no sheets or blankets on the bed.
She is malnourished and was incoherent.
