Hey I am 21 I was just charged with theft under 5000 in ontario and now another skeleton has come out of my closet and I will most likely be charged with theft over 5000 and the police wabnt to talk to me tomorrow night, I want to tell the truth and explain what Ive done I want to feel relieved of this but I keep reading I should do nothing without a lawyer hopwever I don't have m,uch access to one on a sat or Sunday in my town I need help desperately I CANNOT go to jail Please HELP ME!!

Actually yes, you can go to jail, that's up the police and depends on the skeleton that came out of your closet.

There are lawyers that are available on the weekend, call around and find one, that's your best bet.

The big question is, are you remorseful, are you going to do it again, have you learned your lesson?

You've obviously done this before, that is a big X on your record. It's unlikely that the judge will think that you are sorry, that you won't do it again.

Really, a lawyer is your only hope right now.

I am the most remorseful I have ever been man I feel like the dirtiest piece of crap alive and I have already learned my lesson, the ways that this has screwed up my life along with my girlfriends my parents and everyone else's is unbelievable but thanks for all your advice

What do you mean another skeleton has come out? You did it again and got caught after the frsit time you did it and got caught? Like how did they find out about this 'skeleton'
