Do you have a program called ReaConverter installed?
If so, Go through Add/Remove in the control panel and uninstall it
This should get rid of error, post back if any issues
Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup.
Have you tried a system restore back to when this was not an issue
Do you have this installed: Borland Delphi 7
Info below will install the file you are getting an error on
The file seems to be asscoiated with above program, found this
http://downloads.malwareteks.com/D70_Installer.exeQuote:
The file rtl70.bpl error 126 message is caused by missing Borland Delphi 7 libraries.
Download Borland Delphi 7 Package Installer to the desktop; double-click the D70_Installer.exe file, and follow the prompts.
The Borland Delphi 7 Package Installer will install three files, rtl70.bpl, vcl70.bpl, and vclx70.bpl, the System directory. These files are needed by programs built with Delphi 7.
