My daughter is now almost 3 years old and I am due to have my second child soon. My 3 y.o has a hyphenated last name and I plan on giving the new baby just my last name. They both have the same father but we were never married and no longer have a relationship and he is no longer interested in his children. I want to have my 3 y.o's second last name dropped from her documents. How would I go about doing this?
