Almost two years ago I got marry in pakistan with pakistani lady. I'm form TX and USA citizen. My wife parrients are very old and she is the only child of her parrient. She was agree to come USA before marry but since her father got heart Attack she do not want to come to USA. For me I become hard. I can not go pakistn to live.
So now I looking for another lady to get marry. If I get marry without getting divorce. Would It be againt the law. How can I get divorce without going pakistan.
I don't want to hire a lawer either.

Marriage in one country can be recognized in other country as well.. in this case, you would need to file a divorce in the country where you married. Retain local divorce attorney, and you just to on the trial, leave the rest to attorney.

First not really in love when you got married, since I would move to the ends of the earth to be with the person I love. So why can't you move there??

But as noted, merely get a local attorney, you can not get married, until you get a divorce.

You cannot marry another person while still married to your present wife.

You MAY file for divorce in Texas and do NOT need to travel to Pakistan to get a divorce. The Texas court has jurisdiction over what is called the "marital res"--the marriage part of your relationship.

The Texas court may not have jurisdiction to order division of property or debt, or over support, but you can still get a divorce. No problem.
