OK I really don't remember a lot about this children's movie but it was animated and it was an adventure that had and evil owl in it (or an evil bird) and he was the bad guy. One of the characters had a pendulum might have been the owl seeing that's hees evil and he hypnotized a character. The rest of the chacters were also animals. The movie itself was a tad on the psychedelic side and since I was really young at the time it kind of scared me. I can't remember if there were people in in maybye a boy? Yeah that's about all I no , I wish I knew more

I'll take a guess but I think I might be wrong.

"Secret of NIMH" ?

There was an owl in it, and a penulum, but the pendulum belonged to a mouse. The mouse went to the owl for information on how to get to the rats of NIMH, she needed help moving her house before harvest. There was also a boy, he caught the mouse when she went into the house to drug the cat.

Is this it?

No a friend mentioned that movie to me too, because it had everything I mentioned and I watched it recently but it wasn't it thanks a ton though.

It has an evil owl a boy and other animals. I'm not sure about a pendulum though.

Yup, we've got a bit of everything, that's why I love this site.

There are many great people here, in fact, I wouldn't hesitate to let my kids use this site (they're a bit young yet, but when they're older they can join with my blessing).
