    Violation of felony probation
If you violate felony probation is there a warrant out for your arrest?

    Hi, SOLID2NAKE!

That would depend on what the violation was and whether your probation officer knows about the violation or not. If you are asking about yourself and you know that you have violated your probation, then I would suggest letting your probation officer know as soon as possible about what you did before he or she finds out about it before you let them know.

    I do wish you well!

    Thanks!

    Hello S:

The violation doesn't all by itself - because the PO can arrest you when you report if they want to... But, if the PO so chooses, he can come to your house, along with a couple of cops, and arrest you himself. He doesn't NEED a warrant to do that.

But, if you run away, you absolutely will have a warrant.
