    Rudd thermostat to Honeywell
    I have a Rudd Thermostat with the following wires and connected to the poles below

    green, red, Blue, yellow, white, brown
    G R B Y W2 X x has a jumper to E

    my new Honeywell thermostat has the following poles

    Rh Rc W Y G

    can anyone help me connect these?

    You need a heat pump thermostat if you have a heat pump. Your new Honeywell thermostat is not for a heat pump. Take it back and get the correct one. You better mark and label each wire where it is located and color on the old thermostat before removal. It tells you that in the instructions.
