I was wondering what I should do to get off probation if I'm 100% joining the military? I have to take a drug and alcohol evaluation when I'm done with that all my probation requirements will be for filled. I was charged with breach of peace twice, interfering and 6th larceny under 100 bucks. I was put on probation on may 15 for 2 years

When you were convicted of the larceny. Did they consider that a misdemeanor?

Couple things. You apply for early release with your PO. However, having just started your sentence, I doubt you'll be released early...

Next thing is the Navy. They ain't going to take you. The Army MIGHT. I'd be on the phone with the recruiters, if I was you.
