I recently discovered I have a small lump on my underarm and it is extremely painful. So painful that I can barely touch it. It feels like there is a small ball inside my under arm. I have no idea what it is and I am concerned it could be cancer! Please help!:(

Go to your doctor. We have lymph nodes in different parts of our body and one is in you under arms. The lump your feeling may be an enlarged lymph node due to something. It could be a number of things. But you need to go to your doctor and have it examined and possibly tested. Do not wait and see if the pain will go away. It could actually be something a lot worse.
