The right of recission wouldn't apply if actually took possession of the car.

No there is no 3 day rule for purchases like this, the 3 day rule applies almost 100 percent to purchases you do at home.

A person can and should have it inspected BEFORE they buy it, After they buy it, unless there is some written clause that allows them to get out, you are stuck in this.
