:(I have had the Radation treatment for my thyriods and I went back to my Doctor and she said that my levels are higher than when I started. I want to know how and when is it safe to have the thyriod removed and why can't they do the sugery sooner:

1] what kind of radiation? I - 131 ?
2] what is your diagnosis for radiation?
Cancer? Graves disease?
