My child is 4 months. Old. I live in Florida and am temporarily moving for I don't know how long and I have no legal binding w/the father right now and he's not listed on the birth certificate, how will this affect visitation if I decide to make it all legal?

First the father can file for a DNA test to prove they are the father and ask for levels of custody and/or visits. Also you can get court ordered child support.
