I really don't know what to do to win her back :confused:

We were together for about 13 months, then it ended. :(

We started having arguments over the most stupid things

She then started seeing some one to take her mind of me, but that didn't work, I was very very upset as it was just weeks after we split up.

I then add a couple of friends who are girls, on my MSN and she says I've ruined everything because of that! (we were still really really close friends, but that is no more because of what I've done)

She tells me I've to show her that I love her! (Which of course I do) but how can show her if she doesn't want to know me? She says never give up and try harder, but I've tried as hard as I can!

I really don't know how I can show her, I still Love this girl with every bit of my heart

What about YOU do you need to work on? This isn't a game. Don't go crawling back to her, you are a man for crying out loud! Work on yourself to improve yourself overall, and make YOURSELF more valuable. If SHE wants to crawl back then let her, but don't chase women. I tried doing that about a month ago... then I realized that I am too good for that crap. I know you love her, but dude give yourself some credit. If she really wanted to be with you, she would. Don't let her make you prove yourself to her... are you kidding me! She can kiss your A$$!

Dude, grow a set. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops for some selfish immature female. If she doesn't know you love her by now then she never will. You will be the laughing stock of her friends if you continue this path.
