I don't remember if I have file my 2007 taxes. How will I find out and if so can I receive the info from my local office?

Call the IRS

If you had a refund, check your bank account to see it you received it or not.
If you have sent tax due with your tax return, then check your bank account if check has been cashed.
Or call IRS.
